If you good to Manager / Client weather you have knowledge or not. You can grow. Otherwise it's not advisable to JOIN global logic. HR only relies on CLIENT feedback instead of knowing that's wrong still business is important for them & not the employee.

Was working with RELIANCE where there client have zero knowledge & they don't see any resource going ahead of them. Worst work culture I have Ever seen in 8 Years of Exp. Only quality required is LICKING & not technical expertise.
