...- life balance here. Employees are ask to work 12-14 hours and on weekends also. And are told to have no expectation of compensation for that. Companies main focus is client only they don't think about their employees at all.

They hire people and ask them to apply for LWP(leave without pay) new technique of layoff. They have internally policy that they will fire people if they are on pool for 60. I was fired on the 12th day itself. They changes rule according to there will.

I request not to join in any condition. They don't have projects. They will ask to work for 24*7 shift in simple words call center job from a software developer having 2+ year of experience.

No projects Very less opportunities even if u r highly skilled They put employees on leave without pay if on bench for two months even they don't have projects to deploy people In third months they release from company this is policy in global logic Choose global logic as last option only

Good Work culture and work life balance . But everything depends on Projects as well as Team Leads and Managers , just as any other Service Based MNCs . Nothing special . Only few projects are good which have a good working style and tech stack .

No benefits other than salary . They even reimburse nothing .Absolute Zero. Everything is put inside CTC Growth is less after working for long period of time. No gifts or bonuses to its employees . HRs will reply you after 2 days in case you have any issues . HR and Senior managements tells a lot about the Company making profits and the parent company (Hitachi) support; but does not give a single penny to its employees . If you are a good employee giving high performance , Management wont recognize your efforts unless you put your Resignation . Those who are close to the Managers and Team lead can only receive awards and vouchers .
