- Most of the dev projects have support/cleanup tasks, so limited scope of learning. - Big projects like Google/Apple look attractive from outside but they have maintenance work mostly also these clients have there own tech stack for everything so anything you learn here is pretty much useless outside. Dislikes

No appraisals, no promotions, and no recognition for the employee's hard work. Work-life balance is totally dependent on the project and the manager. So much office politics, plus they do not have good projects as well. Do not join them; if you do, then ask for more money without hesitation because after entering, you will not get any appraisals.
