I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Work-life balance. Good for freshers and also those who have career gaps. Coworkers are friendly and help each other. Good for short-term stay. The employer himself wants the employee to leave the company if you have reached more than 2yrs.

Dislikes

It's based on your manager if you get a good TL you're lucky unless you've to face the heavy workload and pressure. Your employer won't help you if you are in the client's location. As the clients are important to them not you. No job security. No friendly environment with your TL
