No timing, no yearly bonus, free advise, no increment , need to work till 10.30 pm every day. No growth in career. Not able to improve skils. Long travel. No allowance.

My work need to travel 110 km. Everyday.no food allowance. Need to work every 10.30 pm . More work allotted after 6.pm every day.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
