There is nothing positive to say about it. As there are more dislikes from day one of joining. Due to family issues need to stay with the job.

Dislikes

Politics among management. Delay in payment for overtime, no proper timing for work. You need to work sometimes 24/7. They will put you in a project where there is no expertise of yours just to show count for tender.

1. No professional growth 2. No one listens to your problems once you land in Muscat. 3. No salary hikes for years and no proper reasons for doing so. 4. No opportunities for learning new technologies 5. No performance evaluations 6. No respect for the employee's time and dedication 7. Company policies are so worst when compared toeven a very small company in Oman. Majority of small companies provides family visa and family medical insurance.
