I joined the company while thinking that it’s a startup so I will improve my skills and apply mine skills here too. 1) Management was worst, Director used to visit at Evening after 6pm while we are leaving from the work, and Expect to stay there till the time he will stay. 2) There was no female workers, not sure about the reason but What I felt there - the Director was short temper, he used to shout for no reason and taking out his frustration on the whole staff almost everyday. 3) Retention of Staff- There was no retention of staff neither they use to bother why there staff is leaving. Everyday hiring and firing. 4) Worst and frustrating working environment for any staff. 5) There is no proper salary cycle, They used to give salary in the mid of the every month between 7th to 15th ,and that to after so many reminders and requests. Every month when the salary period will come, Director used to went out of the city for the office work, Every month he does the same, few days before of the salary distribution. 6)After joining there is no proper communication to whom you are reporting, No Documentation. Your reporting manager is different, and you will be getting call from different people. They will only prioritise task over the task.
