I personally and professionally think that I am doing a great and satisfied job. Great working environment, this organisation multiplies the expertise. One of the best things I admire about GJP GLOBAL is the ability to offer best education to everyone. A big part of free education to poor children with food and shelter. I salute theinitiative. Work Details

My work is challenging but interesting, I am responding aligning business strategy and objectives with employees and management. I handle all aspects of HR Functions. I am responsible for conducting meetings, Policies & procedures, legal requirements etc

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
