First of all the brand name itself speak a lot. Company policies are good. Nice work culture. Good supports by seniors and employees.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not fair, it is depend on the seniors relation, not as per work performance. Work pressure is more on site because because planning is depend on subcontractor. Initial mobilisation of company is very slow from head office so chances of failure is more. Procurement and other mobilisation are fully dependent on head office.

Work Details

Only work pressure, no life. Every project have limited contract period with limited cost. Our prime duties is only focus on work to complete the project within time period with 10% saving. The DFCCIL job was interesting because it was new field for me.
