You can learn drawing only no modeling

Dislikes

Work in High pressure timing strictly following like school , HR will not help for they will help for there teams , No Fun in office , working time 6 am to next day morning 6 am .. I was done work like that .. no indoor games and no fun activities, Worst office culture ..No WFH, Hybrid mode . Rotational Swift.. last but not least ..No OT in this company 😔😕

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
