Likes

Timings are little flexible, my slot is 11 to 8pm. You can go & come little late. Managers won't pressure you so much. You can learn from seniors very much. Atmosphere is very good. Events like Sports, other stuff are conducted. We can enjoy if we form a good batch.

Dislikes

They remove people suddenly without any reason and say it's because of cost cutting, my joining batch had 2 lay offs within a year.

Terrible job security, They Layoff in Every year in June, November before giving bonuses It is a like a habit to them, If you think about joining and staying here to build career and solve problems, Its a bad place Becuase without security for atleast 2 to 3 years, Nothing significant can be done

GEP working culture is really very good. Work life balance will definitely get in this organization and well supportive and motivated friends and managers. Most important thing I like in Gep is 360 degree review process hence no senior will behave badly with the junior.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not up to the market and they already hire sometime a employee with less than market salary.
