See everyone talks and praises its culture but I would say it is completely dependent upon your process. Although my experience has been good but it differs process to process. Job security is something that needs to be mentioned as it is what it is.

Transport department and cab facility will literally make you feel uncomfortable like on a serious note. Salary ofcourse

- Improper management of new joiners. They won't give you any information about the company. You would have to figure it out yoirself. - The managers are weird and egoistic. They would take actions out of aggression and not because they want you to do better as an employee. - The safety is a joke. Transpost team emails you manager the next day if you did not press safereach after off boarding. Something could happen to you and no one would know. - You have to work 7 days just because your managers don't care about the warning signs of queue overflowing....Read More

While the company had positive aspects, certain practices and conditions raised concerns: Transportation Limitations: The provision of one-sided pickup without drop-off facilities created significant logistical challenges, especially for employees working late shifts. This often left employees without a reliable way to return home safely after work. Restricted Access to Personal Devices: The policy prohibiting personal phones in the workplace limited communication opportunities and posed challenges in emergency situations, where being reachable was crucial. Food and Canteen Services: The canteen facilities were not operational during night shifts, despite clear recognition that many employees worked during those hours. This lack of support for staff working late may have affected employee morale and well-being. High-Pressure Environment: Employees frequently experienced pressure to meet cold-calling targets, sometimes receiving calls from team leaders during lunch breaks, which disrupted personal time and contributed to stress. Management Practices: There was a noticeable gap in the technical competence of some team leaders, specifically regarding essential tools such as Gmail and Microsoft Teams. This lack of knowledge hindered effective communication and operational efficiency. Inflexibility Regarding Attendance: Instances arose where genuine reasons for absence, such as road reconstruction in my area or personal illness, were not adequately understood or accepted by team leaders. This led to undue pressure to report to the office without consideration of circumstances beyond my control. Unprofessional Conduct: I experienced a lack of professional support from management during my probation period. For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. There is no scope of growth here abd everyone around are just trying to replace you plus there is no job security. They can vanish you anytime abd I don’t get it why people are stuck here for 10-15 years when they don’t offer a good pay, neither there are chances of growth and now they don’t even have job security. There is no food and only one way cab transport facility no other benefits they won't give paid leaves which are ours to take and ask a reason for every leave and ask of medical documents for each and every day of leave taken by you and Genpact deducts the Provident fund double the amount from the employees salary I say never join here otherwise you will be stuck in here and won't get growth in the life pays us even cheaper than a labour and treat us like a labour never respects our work there is no appreciation in the Genpact and yearly increment is like 7 out of 100 I hope you understand this because it's a compliance to share confidential things right!...Read More

Dislikes

No proper management, will change your shift where ever they feel like to do so. You can be in the same shift for months and you could also be given different shifts every month. Least salary given by this company compared to the market. Strict working hours, you need to give 8.5 hrs of billing time and also sometimes 8 hr 45 mins because they are short of billing and you wouldn't be paid any extra for the extra work....Read More
