It gave me very quick growth in 7 months. My manager was very amicable and most of the things also depend on the Type of attitude you carry. Ultimately you have to be very positive and friendly.

Genpact has been the best and most generous employer for me until Yr 2016 after which it started loosing projects from its most valued clients The management and HR were very liberal then and used to spend freely on employee development, increments and bonuses There was a cozy environment at the workplace and Work-from-Home was being allowed without much restriction

Since beginning 2016 Genpact started loosing projects from their most valued clients Changes in management to favour cost cutting measures and improve the bottomline spoiled the workplace Nepotism with regards to appraisal and career growth came to worst levels-the writing on the wall was clear and I made my way out to greener pasture on time Though the company has made ammends and managed to swing back on revenues from their valued clients the workplace that once degraded may not have hopped back on track so soon as the good ppl and good culture was shown the door !...Read More

I was with them only for an year. Had good experiences with colleagues. Tough project learnt a lot. WFH facility was good. Casual attire allowed on all 5 days

No processes in place, classic example was no KT on appraisal cycle even though I was handling a big team. HR only gets available when asked for . Ad-hoc arrangments to make things happen based on whom you know.No training plans for employees. Had to enforce extended work hours for resources because of work pressure.
