Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

Durning my period there is indoor games, there is no rest room at genpact the food cost is very high & there is no fun activities or entertainment twice a year , main point , please povide 2way cab facilities for women safety. thank you Genpact.

Other than work, there and n number of trainings which will be help for career.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. You have your own way to do courses and certifications on your own pace but this program pulls you and your can't do anything. -Below average annual hikes -Laptops provided is messy one which is 0reviously used by 2 or 3 people. -No perks -You would get health issues...Read More

High attrition rate, poor work life balance, poor salary hikes, over the shifts work, cannot move to other projects easily and life will be stressed. Better to sell chai and samosa. Then after, Even you can make better money then average assistant manager of Genpact

There is nothing to like in this company no work-life balance, they treat you like a slave post working 13/14 hours a day they will spoil your weekend as well. There is no incentive plan above MT as they also deserve this due to working in an IC role and managing the teams as well with no direct reporting, like working as an SME without incentives. You only have the salary to survive with no motivation, no visibility of promotion, and nowadays no job security as well....Read More

It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

For younger generation Genpact is best organization for skill development, It used to provide graduate degree from reputed institute , I think that has been suspended now. But still through their Genome platform Genpact offers up to date courses and training which young generation can benefit.

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact!!! Office politics have ruined this company's reputation. From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most the plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing name calling Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices at Genpact. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved over the time. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of times I confronted but every time it cost me. There is NO point escalating a complaint to seniors or HR as these people back each others- Business matters. - Improper management of new joiners. They won't give you any information about the company. You would have to figure it out yoirself. - The managers are weird and egoistic. They would take actions out of aggression and not because they want you to do better as an employee. - The safety is a joke.
