The administration on floor is worst they never treat employees as employee they just make servents and labours i never feel i am working in any MNC . My worst desion was joining Genpact. I will never recommend any one to wirk with stupid organization. Its better to be unemployes instead working with Genpact. Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

I like the work culture is friendly but there are many loopholes that can make it better.

The work culture over here involves lot of office politics, management could not able to handle the team sometimes, no additional benefits for working over shifts and no proper appreciation at year end

Biased work environment, No growth, Micro Management, Very poor mediclaim, Even though they say have principle of zero retaliation yet the management or leaders follow the same, toxic work culture, Even though they say they focus on skill development yet the leaders dont follow the same but gives long speeches about it. No work life balance.
