I have 12 years experience in Genpact but there is no benefit only has brand name other all things are very bad. In terms of paying very less as compared other MNC Note That all from my side with experience but maybe in other process in Genpact very good.

Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

There is nothing within genpact which one could not like.

Other than work, there and n number of trainings which will be help for career.

Dislikes

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

It's a good company. It's has may benefits and work-life balance was nice. I recommend Genpact to others as it is very good when it comes to salary appraisal. Overall it's a good company to work.

What I dislike is as a fresher i feeling like not joining it. For experience genpact is nice company to choose but for a fresher, I felt its not a right choice according to my opinion problems that I faced in Genpact as a fresher.

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. No knowledge training. Manager ask you questions since day 1 as he himself doesn’t know the answer. You are required to work on deathbed. Hr is corrupt, senior management is corrupt. Don’t waste your time in such a punny company. No knowledge gain. No salary increment. They will put you on bench within one year. And notice period is of three months. You are chained to death.

Firstly, I like the diversity of clients which Genpact work and deliver as a BPO and secondly, it's job security where the employees can choose to work and move within the organisation with the help of IJP.

Dislikes

Hold Privacy - Need to secure Employees feedback and HR or Mgmt should highlight the issues without naming the employee name. It may spoil the Performance ratings, Annual appraisal and even promotion of that employee.

This company is only good for people who don't want to get out of their comfort zone and want no progress on their life. Absolutely pathetic management. They don't take work seriously and keep avoiding employees until an escalation comes from client. They don't get rid of low performing employees and don't take strong action againstthem because of which people don't get fired and stick to the same organisation without having any career growth. Salary hikes is meagre and promotions are very biased. They install a tool in the system which records how much time you move your mouse and they don't care about productivity and efficiency of the employee. There is no proper transport facility. Cab services are one-way and chargeable and non-AC cabs are not provided. There is no cafeteria in every Genpact building and the common cafeteria is too small and there are lack of options. They don't provide any sweets or gifts during any special occasion and no office party or team engagement activities are held. People work like robots in a monotonous manner. The tools are outdated and you need to apply for attendance on a daily basis, with no option to rectify, failing to do so will deduct your earned leave. Depending on your projects, either you work too much or you don't work at all, if you work too much you get an annual appraisal of 4.3% - 7 percent max If you work too little you get 0-4.3%

1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.

Everything is good beside Salary and promotions. For promotion you have to wait for minimum 4 years. For work culture depend on the project
