I have 12 years experience in Genpact but there is no benefit only has brand name other all things are very bad. In terms of paying very less as compared other MNC Note That all from my side with experience but maybe in other process in Genpact very good.

Worst leadership. They are all friends and schoolmates etc supporting and cover each other's back and incompetence. Money is for avp and above and if you are a friend of anyone from the gang of leaders. You cannot survive here by just working you need to cajoule the leadership and be fake. Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.

Company Culture is good but when it comes to Project part sometimes management need to be flexible. But for skill development and learning it is good.

It is about the salary and promotions. The appraisal is too low and the benefits are not much. There is no night shift compensation. Cab charges are also applicable

No knowledge training. Manager ask you questions since day 1 as he himself doesn’t know the answer. You are required to work on deathbed. Hr is corrupt, senior management is corrupt. Don’t waste your time in such a punny company. No knowledge gain. No salary increment. They will put you on bench within one year. And notice period is of three months. You are chained to death.

Firstly, I like the diversity of clients which Genpact work and deliver as a BPO and secondly, it's job security where the employees can choose to work and move within the organisation with the help of IJP.

Hold Privacy - Need to secure Employees feedback and HR or Mgmt should highlight the issues without naming the employee name. It may spoil the Performance ratings, Annual appraisal and even promotion of that employee.
