Most thing which I like about genpact is comfortable shifts and provide consistency to finsh the work early and can go home...and they supporting us in covid 19 so good if I am doing comparsion to other companies...in covid 19...

Most thing which I like is this many people doing work in proper way from many years but they are not getting the good salary comparsion of new employee join the genpact without any exprnce so this can be demotivation for employee who working in Genpact from many years ..and most thing which I like not provide the transport for pickand drop in morning shifts because many employee coming from 30 km aur more than this so they required cabs facilites as well this is my thinking.....Read More

Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politicas and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Since i have joined GENPACT india as fresher, i learned so many things such as excels, audit , training etc however in terms of promotion, growth, salary and opportunity i felt it was less than expected.

Dislikes

Mostly salary but i would suggest to follow other company policy as to get an survey to know skill matrix of employee in the market and their value thus accordingly do the raise.
