Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Since i have joined GENPACT india as fresher, i learned so many things such as excels, audit , training etc however in terms of promotion, growth, salary and opportunity i felt it was less than expected.

Dislikes

Mostly salary but i would suggest to follow other company policy as to get an survey to know skill matrix of employee in the market and their value thus accordingly do the raise.

In term of learning i have learned a lot.
