Everything, the management is very poor, there is no such thing as HR. Every one will boss you in the office. they have some stupid work system. Such a pathetic organisation. No control over there people. Total dictatorship by the upper management. They torture the employee.

Worst company no proper hr and there is no take respect and give respect policy if anyone joined before they will disrespect you. Teamleader alsi support them. Need to work 10 hours in a day. Company will give ML but teamlead won't approve ML even if you have medical certificates. They will tell need to do weekoff swap. The Genpact Management do not give importance to the retired employees of the Company, There is no long-term after retirement plan for the employees. Cause the employees working out for 10 to 20 years with full dedication to the Company and follow all the SLAs of the Climate. The Company need to have a plan for all the employees to have a better retirement plan, as we have seen more employees are getting retired before the age of 50 due to some medical issues, The Management need to take some core decisions to help the employees to have a better retirement idea. The Genpact Management should come up with some retirement plan for its employees so that the employees will be sure of there further after the retirement. The Genpact Management need to have a plan for people who lost the Job due to injury caused while being on Job in Genpact, Because not sure of the damage to the employees, if the employees are damaged due to some medical issues, the Genpact Management need to take action to help the employees by providing some financial assistance and some pension plan for the injured employees. The top Management need to take this as a priority and see that the employees who lost their jobs due to injuries caused while being on duty in company should be paid some financial assistance....Read More

Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

I give like to work culture in Genpact. There is no frustrated work in my team, if I compare with other team then yes is there in another team. Also I give like about Genpact RTO policy, there is hybrid mode but if we need do WFH for one month then there is no restriction. Also employee gain ourself knowledge and skills.

Yes, there is toxic work culture in different different scenarios but not every time. Also Genpact provided paid cab services, so this one is very disappointed to me. Cab services should be free in night shift time nor chargeable. Also there is no night shift allowance and not petrol allowance. I am doing hard work with quality but management didn't see it, so obuesly it impacts our promotion. And there is very low increment persentage....Read More

No Cabs and travelling expenses provided and working under clinets location makes it worse. Traveling 35km self daily with one week off that too changes every week.

Id say, it is a place one would love to work with, anytime once again. Worklife balance was still good and manageable as Corona was an unexpected time for everyone of us to get tied ul to the table WFH, the first taste of work from the home. Salary is good. Promotions are pretty much decent. Can't just thank enough and I'd love to working with Genpact once again, now. Looking for an opportunity.

Poor management in the Chennai office, particularly at the VP, AVP and HR levels. Leadership lacks professionalism and integrity, leading to a negative work environment. Employees careers are being adversely affected due to ineffective and immature decision making. The management team does not demonstrate the capability to run production efficiently.
