Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

It is a job secure company. Were as coming to work its we can develop the skills.. work environment is normal. But the is a lot of pressure for employees above work and there politics

They play with employes as they wish . They will not understand the employes problem they will pressure the employees through the work and also for extent they timing of working

Office and facilities in the campus are good. Job security is good. They would somehow try to retain you.

Dislikes

High degree of favouritism/nepotism. Only high designations get growth. People at the lower band stay at the bottom only no matter how hard you work. It always goes unseen and isn't appreciated.
