There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

I don't work at Genpact myself, but I can share some common positives people often mention about the company Many employees appreciate Genpact’s global presence which offers opportunities to work with diverse teams across different regions

Recent newly management in our AML process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

Nothing is right in Genpact. Genpact is a world’s biggest Lala company in corporate/MNC’s. Why not choice Genpact. Employee Policies: there is no policy for employees rights and favour. All policies are designed only for employer prospective. Operation and Leadership: Entire Genpact operation Senior Management and Leadership not supportive to employment. They always lying and creating demotivation. Because of it quality people’s loss hope and confidence. Work life balance and culture: There is no work life balance and company operation environment is very toxic, too much politics. It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

Nothing good in my experience. It was good in the past, but now it’s becoming **worse day by day**. I wonder how people are working even more horror than a labor, just because they are jobless and have no other option for their livelihood.

If you value your mental health and work-life balance, stay far away from this company—especially the Hafeezpet location. The work culture is absolutely suffocating. Employees are treated like laborers, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for their well-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts. Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

I like the work culture is friendly but there are many loopholes that can make it better.

The work culture over here involves lot of office politics, management could not able to handle the team sometimes, no additional benefits for working over shifts and no proper appreciation at year end
