Genpact offers the best job security. The work culture and work life balance is great. Company policies are sound and address the concerns of employees however I have not encountered any situation where I had to test the credibility of these policies. They take employee retention seriously and address concerns of employees but likeeverywhere some managers can be a pain. Career growth can be a bit too slow and demotivating for ambitious people who prefer a fast paced environment. The compensation depends largely on process and if you dont negotiate adequately before joining you will regret it because you will find some huge differences in the salaries of people with the same set of skills and experience. There are no additional benefits or perks such as free food, coupons etc. Some teams are good and some can be toxic and you if you find yourself in a toxic team or under a toxic manager you always have the option to change your process....Read More
