Genpact is technology based company. Learning ( only when u invest your extra time other than working hours, also management will pressurized you) is a good part in terms of content. They usually hired a training manager for all learning activities. This is the only thing i like about Genpact. Rest all is fake.

Biggest problem is the incompetent leaders. Those who dont know the technical part of the job are hired on the leadership role. VP level person will micro manage the bottom level executives and knowing the facts and figures will ask you several questions infront of client to show the superiority. They will put an extra pressure on learning part and complete the learning modules investing extra hours which is not at all a fruitful technique of learning. Incase of not completing the modules they will highlight it in weekly meetings. Appreciation are for name only. They will speficifically recogniz some people from the team and regularly award them although they did the good job or bad. Leaves is the another concern. They will never allow you to take the emergency leaves though you have a balance. Everything should be planned. Is ut really possible? I faced racism here. After complain to HR he also supported the line manager i was asked to give the clarification instead....Read More

Life is like a hell here...i am jobless but happy that i am out of a toxic environment. And well said " PEOPLE DONT LEAVE THE ORGANIZATION THEY LEAVE THE TOXIC ENVIRONMENT"
