There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

It's a great company no dought but can have to know about employees because in last 3 month my process senior manager se to bad to her employees, if any one know about what we are faceing they will throw out of office my senior manager behavior was we bad towards there employees

Office politics specially in Eaton process is at peak.They won't provide you training & embarss you if you ask them questions. They are highly insecure for outside hiring & feel a threat to their growth. Culture in the process is toxic

Genpact focus on only new hiring with minimum salary 1.2L to 2.0L , NO promotions after PD, No Recognize to sr. employees and medical support, No cab facility, No Fuel allowances , Incentive structure is like impossible to reach max, Genpact wants only new hiring after 2 years that employees is useless for them they will say simple if you want more salary you can put down your papers and leave

Work culture to mangers behavior. Basically there are several project/process. Few of them from top clients. Few Senior managers from Content Curation team and GPPRS Chandan Kumar Singh, Kumar Anjanay all of these people are very much unprofessional and they lie about project deadline, ramp up, these people will force you out of company if you are in their bad books. Managers or FLM's here are the worst few of them are Mohd Wahib, Tariq Jameel are one of the worst managers of all because they are partial and play politics with employee. These people will give chances to their favorite employees or their known people. Every IJP is rigged and candidates are already selected due to favoritism.
