Everything apart from job security everything like work life balance the way Genpact treating their employees the bonus and hike evening is worst in Genpact. Genpact have a policy where we have to plan ur sick before 45 days They will give u a salary hike where u even don't get that ur salary has increased and with the Bonous which Genpact is giving to their employees they can buy a whole city with that amount. In Genpact once ur eligible for promotion to get that on papers u have to wait for 6months to 1 year after that also there is no guarantee that u r getting ur promotion on papers....Read More

I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

People on upper management playing politics ( especially who joined genpact from different company) and making life hell of junior staff. Making genpact godd to worse. They don't even bother about other's personal and professional life, carrer. They are ruining the image of genpact which was created by Pramod bhasin (EX CEO).
