Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Work culture is pathetic. Your work life balance will be doomed. managers use their power to threaten their employees. There is no communication/conversation with managers. Whoever has some so-called power (team lead etc.) Have attitude.

Not supporting at all they are asking to provide every minute of data that what are you doing in 9 hours pf shift if you take break please let us know. And they are pressurising you to if can not this then leave the job pr try find another process that also means the same because in this pandemic time no other jobs are open. And there is no appraisal for this year also wow how came they take this decision where we are earring around 10k to 12k a month and where seniors are Getting like 1.5 lac or 90k for the month and you guys are deducting our salaries wow!...Read More
