Dislikes

Worst is the managementand salaries they offer. Slow growth in terms of career. The management makes difficult for the employess to grow in terms if everything. Biased managers,micro management which pressurise employees to quit job. Employees do not get employee rights such as earned leaves.. They force u to work on ur weekends.

In Genpact what I have noticed is my Manger supports only to those who is in touch with him and help him/her in making their carrier grow If their treat equally to everyone with out spreading any rumors about others then the things goes good.
