The People I am working with are very Cooperative. The work culture is very positive and employees have a lot of freedom for working as they like.

Dislikes

Pay grade is not equal to employees working at same designation and in the same process.

Company provides hybrid work module. Fix Monday to Friday however that can be vary process to process.

Management is not good. They force you to work over weekend. Some management directly say that " They don't need you"

Nothing at all, they don't provide tea also for free. We need to buy it. Even food also. And you will get promotion if you do oiling and buttering to your manager.

Everything, low salary package. Can facility is worst, It took 2 and half hour to reach just 5km.

Genpact is a good company with good environment. They not only focus on work, but also they encourage extra engaging activities and a eco friendly environment. This makes us to feel good to work and come up with new ideas which will help us to grow to the next next level very easily and joyfully.

Dislikes

The thing which I somewhat dislike is the office space. Because the office is slightly small when comparing to the employees strength. But now they're getting renovated to come up with extra spaces and floors.

Only postive thing I feel is. Genpact is good choice for freshers to understand corporate rapidly.

Less recognitions, super delay in appreciations, promotion needs atleast 3yrs in company which is very discouraging. No holidays and 50% of incentive will be deducted if any upl which is not at all fair!

There is a lot of pressure in my process and it depends on the process to process. My supervisors are so toxic there is no support for the above level management.

Don't join Kolkata Genpact because it has toxic environment as well as toxic people. People seating in higher position like managers, they are very much arrogant and rude not at all well mannered. It's my personal experience. I regret joining Kolkata Genpact.

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

This company is only good for people who don't want to get out of their comfort zone and want no progress on their life. Absolutely pathetic management. They don't take work seriously and keep avoiding employees until an escalation comes from client. They don't get rid of low performing employees and don't take strong action againstthem because of which people don't get fired and stick to the same organisation without having any career growth. Salary hikes is meagre and promotions are very biased. They install a tool in the system which records how much time you move your mouse and they don't care about productivity and efficiency of the employee. There is no proper transport facility. Cab services are one-way and chargeable and non-AC cabs are not provided. There is no cafeteria in every Genpact building and the common cafeteria is too small and there are lack of options. They don't provide any sweets or gifts during any special occasion and no office party or team engagement activities are held. People work like robots in a monotonous manner. The tools are outdated and you need to apply for attendance on a daily basis, with no option to rectify, failing to do so will deduct your earned leave. Depending on your projects, either you work too much or you don't work at all, if you work too much you get an annual appraisal of 4.3% - 7 percent max If you work too little you get 0-4.3%

1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.

Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)
