Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

Other than work, there and n number of trainings which will be help for career.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. You have your own way to do courses and certifications on your own pace but this program pulls you and your can't do anything. -Below average annual hikes -Laptops provided is messy one which is 0reviously used by 2 or 3 people. -No perks -You would get health issues...Read More

There is no scope of growth here abd everyone around are just trying to replace you plus there is no job security. They can vanish you anytime abd I don’t get it why people are stuck here for 10-15 years when they don’t offer a good pay, neither there are chances of growth and now they don’t even have job security. No one role IJP in Genpact so not a good place to work if you want to work only try for process developer which is on papers. Please kindly request to put everything on papers for the employees

It was amazing company as it provides growth and good salary

1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.

There is no food and only one way cab transport facility no other benefits they won't give paid leaves which are ours to take and ask a reason for every leave and ask of medical documents for each and every day of leave taken by you and Genpact deducts the Provident fund double the amount from the employees salary I say never join here otherwise you will be stuck in here and won't get growth in the life pays us even cheaper than a labour and treat us like a labour never respects our work there is no appreciation in the Genpact and yearly increment is like 7 out of 100 I hope you understand this because it's a compliance to share confidential things right!...Read More

For young generation Genpact is best platform for skill development, it used to provide Graduate degree from reputed institute, I think that has been suspended now. but still through their Genome platform its very good for young ones to skill up

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact !!! From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most are plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved lately. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of time I confronted but everytime it cost me. Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

When I was in Genpact working environment is very good. All team member's were supportive. Genpact Management is always best. Also they provide the cab facilities for employees.
