The administration on floor is worst they never treat employees as employee they just make servents and labours i never feel i am working in any MNC . My worst desion was joining Genpact. I will never recommend any one to wirk with stupid organization. Its better to be unemployes instead working with Genpact. Easy to get through management redressal system . Don’t know about other projects so far the Projects worked for are great in rms of learning and upskilling yourself . Also supportive managers ., hybrid work model gives employee a freedom to manager personal as well as organisational goals effectively.

Dislikes

Slow growth and appraisals scale . Some projects are really hectic that really on the nerves of the employees . Some initial positions do require some great efforts like to log in for 11/12 hrs to maintain the average login hours report .

It is one of the best companies in the world.I work here. I consider myself very lucky. The best thing about Genpact is that job security is the most important thing for every employee in his life.I have no complaints with Genpact since the time I have been working there till now. If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.

Culture in Genpact was good but now it has been changed.

Dislikes

People don't follow hierarchy and higher management so much involved in the team and ask them for work rather than giving instructions to managers. Managers are not free to handle team by own.

Work culture, Management was not supportive enough to understand employee's point of view. I had to leave because of above reasons. HR department was also worst.. It's not an employee centric company.
