There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

Wonderful company to work at. No micro management. Good part is genome aap to upskill yourself. Management encourages you to upskill you at work.

Dislikes

No bonus and hike is minimal, health insurance is 2lakhs only, No term insurance for employees, no proper cab service, basic facilities in company is missing.

Durning my period there is indoor games, there is no rest room at genpact the food cost is very high & there is no fun activities or entertainment twice a year , main point , please povide 2way cab facilities for women safety. thank you Genpact.

Other than work, there and n number of trainings which will be help for career.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

I feel like organisation always work with fear towards client. Always look to satisfy more and more.. why (170/100)? Haha.

Work life balance and remote support with hybrid mode in almost important IT hubs like bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Gurgaon

Dislikes

Promotions are slow and few undeserving candidates also get promotions by being under the good books of managers. Frequent change of reporting managers just before appraisal period is the reason for slow promotions. Many left the company being in benches for more than 3 mths as projects are also very few.

Best organisation for freshers there is a lot of ways to upskill yourself management are supportive and senior or helpful. Good work culture 👍

I like the work culture is friendly but there are many loopholes that can make it better.

The work culture over here involves lot of office politics, management could not able to handle the team sometimes, no additional benefits for working over shifts and no proper appreciation at year end

The company has changed a lot in last 2 to 3 years , there is no promotions, no salary hikes and no job security. The Management and HR does not care about employees.

salary, work culture, promotions, tone-deaf senior leadership I was pregnant with my first child and was due in April, during year -end review (mar) when I was seeking confirmation on my promotion (which was confirmed to me during Q4 previous year), my (female) manager asked me...how do you see yourself contributing in next 6 months.

Office politics specially in Eaton process is at peak.They won't provide you training & embarss you if you ask them questions. They are highly insecure for outside hiring & feel a threat to their growth. Culture in the process is toxic
