Even after whole Genpact is doing wfh .. but our process requires 5 days office.. Our SM is just like to see everyone in front of his eyes..even luck by chance there is wfh given ... Used to be in teams.. Everything is depend on process to process... Pathetic condition.. I ll not recommend any1.

There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.
Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

Promotions are slow and few undeserving candidates also get promotions by being under the good books of managers. Frequent change of reporting managers just before appraisal period is the reason for slow promotions. Many left the company being in benches for more than 3 mths as projects are also very few.

Genpact focus on only new hiring with minimum salary 1.2L to 2.0L , NO promotions after PD, No Recognize to sr. employees and medical support, No cab facility, No Fuel allowances , Incentive structure is like impossible to reach max, Genpact wants only new hiring after 2 years that employees is useless for them they will say simple if you want more salary you can put down your papers and leave

If you value your mental health and work-life balance, stay far away from this company—especially the Hafeezpet location. The work culture is absolutely suffocating. Employees are treated like laborers, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for their well-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts. The constant micromanagement, lack of appreciation, and toxic atmosphere make this one of the worst places to work. Advice to Management: Start treating employees like humans. A stable job doesn’t mean people will tolerate a toxic work culture. Pay fairly, improve work-life balance, and stop exploiting employees before the company’s reputation sinks further.
