Company Culture is good but when it comes to Project part sometimes management need to be flexible. But for skill development and learning it is good.
It is about the salary and promotions. The appraisal is too low and the benefits are not much. There is no night shift compensation. Cab charges are also applicable

This company is only good for people who don't want to get out of their comfort zone and want no progress on their life. Absolutely pathetic management. They don't take work seriously and keep avoiding employees until an escalation comes from client. They don't get rid of low performing employees and don't take strong action againstthem because of which people don't get fired and stick to the same organisation without having any career growth. Salary hikes is meagre and promotions are very biased. They install a tool in the system which records how much time you move your mouse and they don't care about productivity and efficiency of the employee. There is no proper transport facility. Cab services are one-way and chargeable and non-AC cabs are not provided. There is no cafeteria in every Genpact building and the common cafeteria is too small and there are lack of options. They don't provide any sweets or gifts during any special occasion and no office party or team engagement activities are held. People work like robots in a monotonous manner. The tools are outdated and you need to apply for attendance on a daily basis, with no option to rectify, failing to do so will deduct your earned leave. 1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.

Plenty of things to dislike. 1.Salary 2. Appraisal 3. Employee recognition 4. The managers want the associate to be their eyes and ears. 5. Management is not employee centric. 6. Easy to get through management redressal system . Don’t know about other projects so far the Projects worked for are great in rms of learning and upskilling yourself . Also supportive managers ., hybrid work model gives employee a freedom to manager personal as well as organisational goals effectively.
Slow growth and appraisals scale . Some projects are really hectic that really on the nerves of the employees . Some initial positions do require some great efforts like to log in for 11/12 hrs to maintain the average login hours report .

There is nothing which is like in terms of Genpact . There is no straightforward promotion policy in Genpact Even in some process micromanagement and office politics are at very broad level.
Manager do not know how to communicate with their colleagues. Even in some cases proper nepotism is exist

Starting with recruitment team, absolutely unskilled. They update incorrect details in joining documents, do not update bank or PF information correctly, and there is no proper point of contact. This is the worst company I have ever worked for, they don't pay for overtime, and ask to extend without any reason. Management has no skills, don't know how to behave. They think employees are school students and ask them to extend shifts like hell and no mercy for the employees if they are ill or having severe illness. There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.
Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.
