In 5 years I got 0 promotion, politics and biased environment. If your manager is good then it's good in job security, no work satisfaction as most project are bpos. Overall my exp is bad

Job security is so good then everybody love Genpact everybody say that "Genpact is govt job" it true

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

Everything, the management is very poor, there is no such thing as HR. Every one will boss you in the office. they have some stupid work system. Such a pathetic organisation. No control over there people. Total dictatorship by the upper management. They torture the employee.

Worst company no proper hr and there is no take respect and give respect policy if anyone joined before they will disrespect you. Teamleader alsi support them. Need to work 10 hours in a day. Company will give ML but teamlead won't approve ML even if you have medical certificates. They will tell need to do weekoff swap. I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

Dislikes

People on upper management playing politics ( especially who joined genpact from different company) and making life hell of junior staff. Making genpact godd to worse. They don't even bother about other's personal and professional life, carrer. They are ruining the image of genpact which was created by Pramod bhasin (EX CEO).

It's a great company no dought but can have to know about employees because in last 3 month my process senior manager se to bad to her employees, if any one know about what we are faceing they will throw out of office my senior manager behavior was we bad towards there employees

You will not be loaded with work , your job is secure

Salary is not enough here compared to other competitor companies, forget about promotion till 3 year no matter how hard you work person who is working before you will get promotion. Here promotion is not based on hard work but other factors like favour seniority

There are a lot of things to talk about, starting from the leadership in Genpact. The fact that leadership feels they can do things as they have the power to do. Further i have worked with 2 clients with zero satisfaction and have always been cheated by the leadership. I like the work culture is friendly but there are many loopholes that can make it better.

Dislikes

The work culture over here involves lot of office politics, management could not able to handle the team sometimes, no additional benefits for working over shifts and no proper appreciation at year end
