Good for freshers , job security is immense , salary is on time, approachable people which might differ from project to project. Leave policy is good , HR is supportive. Learning growth is ok ok. Lots of projects from various business verticals , individuals can get a chance for cross domain knowledge if only they r willing to or if approved by company policies.

If u want a Govt job at half d salary , this is the company for u. Career growth after one point is stagnant. Salary structure is very low according to industry standards. Learning opportunities are pronounced bt lacks in proper implementation of skills.

Genpact's compensation structure is very bad. A career driven person cannot spend more than 2 years at Genpact as it will affect his/her financial growth drastically. There is no personal development scope. Within company there is a structured training program but that is literally of no use and employees are forced to follow that. Nothing I like because for Genpact employees have to be like a puppy or pets then growth is quick. The employee who is straight forward and blant on face of managers and TL they treated worst though have a great skills.
