This place is best for the beginners who do know the meaning corporate working. The best part of this organisation is that it grooms the employee to its best.

Dislikes

There is no overtime payment. Starting package for freshers is very low as compared to other companies. Transport is not free.

Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Genpact gives best kind off job security.

Dislikes

Genpact's compensation structure is very bad. A career driven person cannot spend more than 2 years at Genpact as it will affect his/her financial growth drastically. There is no personal development scope. Within company there is a structured training program but that is literally of no use and employees are forced to follow that. There is no additional facilities. And another worst thing is cab service. The condition of each cab is equivalent to scrap and for this too Genpact deduct money from salary....Read More
