Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

What not to like, its an amazing place to work, learn and grow.

Dislikes

Appraisal forms must be reviewed thoroughly by Indirect Manager. Some direct Managers may develop unconscious bias towards their reportees. The comments on it should be reviewed and taken seriously! Having said that a hardworking good employee should ideally face no challenges in this company.
