I don't work at Genpact myself, but I can share some common positives people often mention about the company Many employees appreciate Genpact’s global presence which offers opportunities to work with diverse teams across different regions

Recent newly management in our AML process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

They can give you IJP any time n after 1 month if you will not get any another process they will kick you off. And during this IJP process no one will help you regarding anything.

Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Dislikes

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)

Nothing good in my experience. It was good in the past, but now it’s becoming **worse day by day**. I wonder how people are working even more horror than a labor, just because they are jobless and have no other option for their livelihood.

If you value your mental health and work-life balance, stay far away from this company—especially the Hafeezpet location. The work culture is absolutely suffocating. Employees are treated like laborers, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for their well-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts. The constant micromanagement, lack of appreciation, and toxic atmosphere make this one of the worst places to work. Advice to Management: Start treating employees like humans. Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

I like the work culture is friendly but there are many loopholes that can make it better.

The work culture over here involves lot of office politics, management could not able to handle the team sometimes, no additional benefits for working over shifts and no proper appreciation at year end
