If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.

For younger generation Genpact is best organization for skill development, It used to provide graduate degree from reputed institute , I think that has been suspended now. But still through their Genome platform Genpact offers up to date courses and training which young generation can benefit.
Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact!!! Office politics have ruined this company's reputation. From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most the plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing name calling Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices at Genpact. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved over the time. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of times I confronted but every time it cost me. There is NO point escalating a complaint to seniors or HR as these people back each others- Business matters. During my tenure at Genpact, I encountered several challenges that impacted my overall work experience. While the company had positive aspects, certain practices and conditions raised concerns: Transportation Limitations: The provision of one-sided pickup without drop-off facilities created significant logistical challenges, especially for employees working late shifts. This often left employees without a reliable way to return home safely after work. Restricted Access to Personal Devices: The policy prohibiting personal phones in the workplace limited communication opportunities and posed challenges in emergency situations, where being reachable was crucial. Food and Canteen Services: The canteen facilities were not operational during night shifts, despite clear recognition that many employees worked during those hours. This lack of support for staff working late may have affected employee morale and well-being. High-Pressure Environment: Employees frequently experienced pressure to meet cold-calling targets, sometimes receiving calls from team leaders during lunch breaks, which disrupted personal time and contributed to stress. Management Practices: There was a noticeable gap in the technical competence of some team leaders, specifically regarding essential tools such as Gmail and Microsoft Teams. This lack of knowledge hindered effective communication and operational efficiency. Inflexibility Regarding Attendance: Instances arose where genuine reasons for absence, such as road reconstruction in my area or personal illness, were not adequately understood or accepted by team leaders. This led to undue pressure to report to the office without consideration of circumstances beyond my control. Unprofessional Conduct: I experienced a lack of professional support from management during my probation period. For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. It was amazing company as it provides growth and good salary
1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.
