its a very good flat form to join our career as freshers, we can improve our skills and personality. it creates healthy competition among the employees. it gives tasks and tests the ability of the employee. the company itself a brand in reaching clients requirements. appreciate the employees and motivate the employees by giving awards and ratings. though the working environment is flexible, company is very much strict on working station. one should follow the parameters and norms of the company. unscheduled leaves are strictly prohibited. we can also avail the feed back from the clients and team leader. it also help in improving our skills by conducting the excel training and etc. it supports the suggestions and lean ideas of the employees....Read More

the main drawback of the company is CTC. though working environment is good, yearly increment is low.

my work in genpact is account receivable and my role is cash applicator. apart from cash application, i also do accounting the statements which we receive from the bank on daily basis. after accounting the statements, application should be done daily.
