My over-all experience with Genpact was great part of my journey. I learn the many of skills which are important for future journey. Due to some issue I quit the job but Genpact is great learning and skill development company.

Working with one of top most MNC company like Genpact .it’s always feel so blessed to work in this company.The job security is so amazing even in hard times also company will not remove the employees. We can work has many years we want. The culture is so unbelievable specially the employers and staff were astounding with the employees, and the management is also very good they are so friendly whenever we find any challenges they are always be there in the first place, the policy are good all are equally respected. One of the major concern is Salary is very less, for joining or seniors employees. But the growth is awesome.

at the starting time it was bit difficult but later on its nice. I have learnt slowly by spending some extra hours with seniors it was amazing later on was so easy
