No work pressure, Hybrid work

1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.

They can give you IJP any time n after 1 month if you will not get any another process they will kick you off. And during this IJP process no one will help you regarding anything.

Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Dislikes

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)

Management is worst Manager and HR are torturing employees Managers are good for female employees but they will show you the hell if you are a male employee No food facilities, transportation facilities and other facilities also Coffee vending machines are full of cockroach and worms Senior management is totally worst. I like the hybrid work culture as well as shift preferences as you can choose by your own. 2 ways transportation is available . There is a lots of scope for personal growth.

The cafeteria has very less options. Too much traffic on the way to company.

Plenty of things to dislike. 1.Salary 2. Appraisal 3. Employee recognition 4. The managers want the associate to be their eyes and ears. 5. Management is not employee centric. 6. HR not willing to talk or respond to the email. Whenever called they would just reply “I will call you later”. Not recommended at all.

Genpact do many cost cutting activities, and they give less amount in appraisals and promotions. No overtime No extra benefits in all processes and you have to login on weekends too. Work pressure is high and they will hire less people in team and you will feel stuck…

Depending on your projects, either you work too much or you don't work at all, if you work too much you get an annual appraisal of 4.3% - 7 percent max If you work too little you get 0-4.3%

Everything is good beside Salary and promotions. For promotion you have to wait for minimum 4 years. For work culture depend on the project

Genpacf is one of the best organization if anyone is new and want to learn new things with great people. Work life Balance is good here, even you can manage your personal life as well. You have a Job security in your mind always while working here ( No one going to force to leave the company).
