If you are looking for where to just gain experience enough for you to grow your career, then it's a place to be because there's much to do that'll require you to gain much as a skilled worker.

Dislikes

Aside from gaining experience and being overworked for a measly pay. The management of that organization is a terrible one. They lack human feelings and treat their staff members with hostility. The MD will never want you to grow so that you don't know your worth and never acknowledge your initiatives so that you don't feel appreciated. Your self-esteem will be dangerously battered if you don't have the gift of discernment to know what you are worth regardless....Read More

The company enhance me to interact with a lot business men and women in various industries and also make, me to meet business partners from the Germany affiliated company. it is an eye opener to the business world.and met a lot of my colleagues from various cultural and academic background

Dislikes

The compensation is a bit low, and working hours is unlimited being a senior officer to meet a clot of targets and deadlines. A times there is misplacement of compensation, which affects moral and dedication to duty. hence senior has to imbibe with the company policies and move the company forward

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
