Work Culture was very good. As it was a time bound Highway Construction Project, no employee was terminated within the construction period. Most of the employees were released after the construction period was over.The Company policies were more or less good. But the Management were somehow not up to the mark & Lagging in regard to decision making. Career growth was good & their were lots of opportunities to learn as this was a big Highway construction company from Malaysia....Read More

Dislikes

As it was a time bound Highway Construction Project, work pressure was very high & we have to work beyond normal working hours. But for this there was no extra benefit. Another thing was that there was no on-job training for freshers, hence the seniors have to guide them step by step. Sometimes work pressure was so much that it was very difficult to maintain work-life balance.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is related to the main areas of Accounts department.I used to look the Sales Tax , Tds (Income-tax), Payment processing of bills of Sub-contractor , Day to Day Accounting Entries , BRS, Attending the Sales Tax hearing & other .
