Likes

I maintained the game products usage timing and gamers data. Very interesting. As regards Identity of fresh gamers and old gamers from monthly data is a bit difficult task. This is perhaps because the gamers names are entered in their own choice and they often change that. This causes difficult in arriving at frequency of usage which is the basis for giving discounts.

Dislikes

Data on local statutory levies. This is to be calculated only on end price to gamer after discount if any.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Poor
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

My work is to maintain the expense, sales, collections and other accounts. The collections are made in advance and are adjusted against sales (i.e) usage of games. So maintaining the outstanding amount, fresh receipts, sales and adjustments is a task.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
