Dislikes

This company is getting run by brainless people specially Mr. Sanghi . They only belive in hire and fire policy. Will offer new GET's on par salary and then expect them to deliver like 10 years experience people. Management is horrible there. Within few days one will feels stress and anxiety and finally Mr. Sanghi will play politicsto fire you. If anyone willing to ruin their mental health can join this company. Yes we are really mad, picking juniors and making them capable to earn 3 times in a year. Yes we need only the best. Lazy, insincere and incapable people should not even try to join us. Ambition box seems to be a venting pad for the people who are fired for sleeping in the office. Yes this guy was fired for sleeping in the office for months despite best effort to train and make him work. If he has guts let him reveal the identity here and call his present employer to talk to Futuristic Bots team.
