This company is getting run by brainless people specially Mr. Sanghi . They only belive in hire and fire policy. Will offer new GET's on par salary and then expect them to deliver like 10 years experience people. Management is horrible there. Within few days one will feels stress and anxiety and finally Mr. Sanghi will play politicsto fire you. If anyone willing to ruin their mental health can join this company. Yes we are really mad, picking juniors and making them capable to earn 3 times in a year. Yes we need only the best. Lazy, insincere and incapable people should not even try to join us. Yes this guy was fired for sleeping in the office for months despite best effort to train and make him work. They will treat you like a factory worker with zero respect. The managing director (M.D) acts as though he knows everything, and the environment feels like a complete jail. The company is located inside a factory so even basic amenities are lacking. The organization relies heavily on chatgpt for operations . The M.D often uses layman terms and abusive language.
