Management is horrible there. Within few days one will feels stress and anxiety and finally Mr. Sanghi will play politics to fire you. If anyone willing to ruin their mental health can join this company. The worst possible company to work of anyone

They will treat you like a factory worker with zero respect. The managing director (M.D) acts as though he knows everything, and the environment feels like a complete jail. The company is located inside a factory so even basic amenities are lacking. The organization relies heavily on chatgpt for operations . The M.D often uses layman terms and abusive language. There are countless issues to highlight . Overall it's a complete disaster of a company .
