Under in this company all ways time salary issue... Never good behaviour of our employe .. Company Goodwill is not good for employees and customer .. After Every 2month give half salary.... Company management is so bad ... If you join this company is totally your own risk....

I have no any single good memories under this company.....

My work life is not good under in this company

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
